Review on SDEMS by Michael Boyle

The system has allowed us, as an organization, access every aspect of our clients' life in one place - it's like having your own personal assistant! I have not found anything yet about this product which i dislike- everything thus far seems great so if you're looking for something with ease or simplicity then look no further than sdems!! If there were any issues at first we had some trouble getting used to how certain features worked but after training from their team they've been fantastic throughout my entire time working here.- easy navigation through different departments/areas within client accounts (ease of use)- ability to see past due items right away without navigating around each individual account page(s) when searching by date range-(ability to set reminders via email).
