Got this PCV valve along with the bushing for my 1999 Lexus RX300. The old valve bushing was brittle and I was able to remove it with "TEKTON 5873 Door Panel Remover" purchased from Revain. The old PCV valve was clogged (shake it and listen for a rattling noise if not clogged). After replacing the bushing and PCV valve, I drove the car and felt smooth and stable acceleration without hesitation.
