Great filters for your Chemex
Filters work great with my Chemex. My only complaint about them is that they seem to add flavor to the coffee. It is recommended to pour some hot water from the kettle to get rid of this taste. However, I noticed it anyway. My solution was to place an additional 1/2" pot of water on the stove and boil the filter for 30 seconds. This seems to get rid of any residual flavor from the filter.
