I wanted to connect a small projector to a wireless soundbar to get better sound when watching movies outside or to let people outside hear sounds, when projecting halloween videos from my front window. This worked great for what I wanted. It connects to the USB jack on my projector for power and to the projector's audio out port for sound. It was a bit tricky to pair it with the soundbar as both don't have a display. I had to turn off any other nearby Bluetooth devices to get them out of the way, but once paired, everything worked great.
