It's "cheaper" than I thought. The box is kind of worn and worn and since this is a gift I've been tinkering around. The packaging says it comes with 3 AAA batteries. You are not. I think I'm a bit slow but there weren't any diagrams etc to show where the batteries actually go and which direction etc etc. I figured it out but I really would have preferred just plain paper with it have pictures or instructions.
