Very easy to use, seems very accurate.

Very simple to use, I use this to ensure the honey I sell will not ferment. It takes all of 2-3 seconds to read. The only thing that is at all tricky, is that the reading is temperature sensitive. It must be read at environmental temperature of 68 degrees

Great price and the simplicity is perfect

Cons

May not work for very sticky, dense honey.
