Easy to use interface with great customer service! Very knowledgeable team of professionals who are always ready at any point in time if needed assistance or just an informative chat session as well!! Nothing really bad about this tool so far but nothing special either since its very helpful when it comes down loading your files from Dropbox/Google Drive etc., I highly recommend using them especially during busy times like Christmas season where customers have loads their data up before they come home (I work around offices). They also offer free trial periods which helps give you some confidence into making such big purchase decision while still under test environment provided by user friendly software itself along side helpfull staff available 24*7 via livechat feature too. the team is very responsive. They are always willing to help and are very knowledgeable. They also have great technical skills. they have a very friendly team. the price is a little bit high, but the value is definitely worth it. i feel like it's a bit pricey, but the value is definitely worth it. i haven't found anything i dislike. i am a very satisfied customer. i am using it to automate some of my repetitive tasks. i am able to easily create workflows and build automated processes.
