The phone is indistinguishable from new in terms of condition and features. Booted up as a new phone, inserted my SIM card and all my settings and apps loaded flawlessly within 15 minutes (I use iCloud backup). and it lacks a dual camera, additional RAM and it. But for now I like the smaller form factor and everything (music, camera, sounds, display etc.) seems to work like new. My 7+ had a few screen repairs and the touchscreen started to fail leading to panic buying. Another review that didn't include Bluetooth headphones is stupid as the 8 never came with them. However, please note that headphones (of any kind) are not included. While a little disappointing, I probably wouldn't want 'refurbished' headphones or pay more for new regular Apple headphones considering I already own a pair. So no big deal. However, the box comes with a new charging cable and a power bank. What's holding me back here is a small concern that there might be a problem I haven't seen before, and the potential insecurities of a refurbished unit (your's might not be as pretty as mine, and if you're buying about it, don't judge ). However, if there are any issues, I think they will become apparent during the fairly generous 90-day no-questions-asked return policy. My only complaint at the moment is that the box, apart from containing the required timing device and information, does not give the buyer any setup instructions or other information - very fuzzy packaging. While it's easy to set up yourself (the phone walks you through it like new), I think the packaging should include a little more information about your purchase, or at least a copy of the warranty information and a bit of muddy paint wouldn't hurt anyone. I still think they are overpriced - $499 for which was the best I could find from a reliable seller with a guarantee. But all said and done, it's basically a brand new phone. Of course, your mileage may vary.
