I received this burner and started using it immediately. There were 3 pens. I bought extra tips. But one of the buttons doesn't work, and after less than a week of use, only one of the ports still works. This is a double burner. Also, one of the handles got stuck in the wiring on one of the handles. I never heat above 270 degrees. I tried to email the manufacturer because I can't see the website. I never received an answer. I have a hard tip flashlight and a walnut hollow wire tip that are used a lot. I wanted to try something like this before I got my Optima, Razor Tip, Colwood or Burnmaster because I figured I could get some practice.
