I can't stop being happy with the purchase, a very good deal!
I dissolve it in lactose-free milk (1.8%) and shake it in a shaker, it turns out a very tasty cocktail. I tried to dissolve 0.05% in milk, but then a watery aftertaste is felt. Now I'm ordering a second bottle. Its pros: Delicious. Whether it works or not, I don't know. I go to the gym, some muscles appear. Some cons: Too sweet. It has little effect on satisfying hunger - i. E. if you really want to eat, then a piece of chicken is better.
