Not practical for feeding and watering

Poor quality feeder made from cheap plastic. But what makes it impractical is the actual tray that the seeds fall into, as it can't be wider than 1/8 inch. I don't understand how a bird can comfortably get seeds. My birds have never tried it. This feeder is a good idea. It's poorly designed and poorly built. I'm at a loss as to how it got good reviews.
