An excellent - but very bright - dimmer is a must. Watch your lumens!
Nice lighting - easy to install but without a dimmer it was too bright. I suggest lower lumens or very few lights. But look at your money. I put a dimmer in and now they are perfect. We placed it along the front porch and under the spotlights, and without the dimmer, the house looked like a stadium—we lit the block. We had 11 lights - too many. You don't need many.
