The best design I've ever come across.
The best design I've ever seen, except maybe you twist the handle to make an i-cord. This Boye model has grooves on the pins so you can simply place a metal tool under the threads to pry it off the pin. It also has hooked needles so new yarn you don't want to leave on the needle still stays in place. The only downside to this is that the yarn gets caught under the hook shapes so I have to pull the yarn back onto the pin each round. But a good price and I can use my chunky yarn to make rugs.
