Works well, not sure if they are really impact resistant

These metric sockets appear to be anodised aluminum but of course they aren't or they will pop out on the first impact and the wrench will come with them used. I tested all 3 on different equipment when changing calipers and wheels last weekend and they all cope well with fairly high torque. However, I do not recommend doing this. You can use a power tool to partially loosen and tighten, but I think from now on I'll just use them on the lug nuts and use a torque wrench to tighten those bushings. I used 19mm for Subaru wheels and 21mm for Toyota truck wheels. The 17mm was used to remove some calipers which I know aren't designed for this, but I wanted to check all sizes. They are scratched on the inside but completely undamaged and appear to be quite durable. I wouldn't call them as durable as black shock bushings though. The outer ABS material is probably the best feature of these heads. They protect the well of each nut from being scratched by a rotating metal bushing and have not damaged my painted wheels. The white color gets dirty easily but is easy to wash and the material is almost like Teflon and is quite smooth and has low friction. Great kit for metric cars and light trucks. These are the only sizes I need for jam nuts to fit me perfectly. Good quality and much better for my wheels than my black metal nut bushes.
