I like how simple it is for new hires to join our organization through this system. It has been very helpful in getting everyone up to speed when we are having issues at work but don't have enough time/staffing during regular business hours to solve them ourselves (or even know what they're doing). We've had some problems that were resolved quickly because of the ease of use of jobpointe - which was great! There's not much I dislike about job point; however sometimes there isn't an option available to me if the issue needs attention right away. If no one else knows who should be contacted then its usually ok. Other than just being able to get my hands dirty with all aspects of HR - payroll included - I did find myself learning as well so nothing bad really comes from that part haha. Just making sure people feel welcome to come into a small startup environment where things run efficiently without wasting too many resources. It allows us to have multiple users assigned to one project. This helps in keeping track of all our projects. The reporting features are also very helpful, especially for tracking how many hours each user has worked on a particular project. I wish there was more information about the data that is collected. For example, what kind of data is being collected? Is it being stored? What kind of reports can be generated from this data? We use this product to keep track of all of our projects and clients.
