Jobpoint provides quick response / help solving staff shortages

I like how simple it is for new hires to join our organization through this system. It has been very helpful in getting everyone up to speed when we are having issues at work but don't have enough time/staffing during regular business hours to solve them ourselves (or even know what they're doing). We've had some problems that were resolved quickly because of the ease of use of jobpointe - which was great! There's not much I dislike about job point; however sometimes there isn't an option…

Great Job Point Professional Service

I like that they are always trying new things in order for us as users of this service to be more efficient & make our work easier! They have improved so much over time since we first started using them about 3 years ago now!! There is nothing really i dislike at all when it comes down to jobpointewhatsoever (except maybe there shouldnt even need to be any!). It's just an overall great product/service from beginning until end - no complaints here whatsoever :) You'll see how quick everything…

Pros
  • The fact you can create your own "homepage" with whatever content or information needs put towards each individual person.
  • Client support gets back right away without having too wait long periods between responses
  • All staff members who answer calls actually do know what their talking around, unlike some other callcenters where people seem confused if its related directly toward programming knowledge instead

Jobpoint, easy accessible with fast response times

The interface is simple even for my non technical self! They were helpful when I needed help navigating it during training which was fantastic because our tech support wasn't great at that time either!! Not much but they do provide updates so we are very happy about this feature in particular (and free!) as well. We didn’t have any major issues; however some of the functionality could be improved such as being able access information through external links like facebook etc without logging…
