I was very disappointed with the filter. The protective aluminum seal over the filter was barely attached and broke when I removed the plastic wrap. The water inlets should be hygienic, but unfortunately there were bluish or purple dust particles on the inner walls. We didn't know what to do but cleaned up the dust and installed it as we had thrown away the old ones when they were removed. I hope what we have done is safe but this is the last time we will use this filter as we have lost confidence in its quality and product.
