I bought this on November 11th, it was delivered on November 12th. I've been using it regularly since it arrived and today 12th February (3 months later) it no longer works. It's still spinning, so performance isn't the issue, but the fan isn't blowing or generating heat. I tried to check my order for information on how to contact the manufacturer but there is no information on the order page or in their store. Side. It's mostly impractical as our heating also went out last night, but it's still a shame it only lasted 3 months. I'm sticking with my Honeywell options as they are 4 years (and up!)
