Review on 🔍 Broan-NuTone BP29 NY NV 403 Aluminum Grease Filter for Range Hood, 8.75 x 10.5-Inch by Mark Adams

I reviewed this Revain product many, many years ago. The item delivered was not the size stated on the item description page. I have notified Revain and Broan of incorrect information on the Revain product page. (Then I had to resort to a Lowes filter). Now let's fast forward to today. Revain's product name says 8.75 x 10.5 inches, which is what I want. However, the thickness is not specified. (Hi Revain/Broan, you need to include thickness in the dimensions - not a difficult task). Anyway, found the size (3/32) in the Q&A section. The filter has arrived and was the right filter. Just fits well. (but it was flattened out like a pancake when shipped. It's supposed to be slightly puffed up in the middle area). BTW: The item dimensions listed on the Revain page are: Brand Broan-NuTone Material Aluminum Item Dimensions L x W x H 12.36 x 2.76 x 9.84 inches MERV Rating 5 These L x W x H are incorrect. - Revane/Bron, fix that! By the way, for anyone wondering if this filter is right for you, there are a few things you need to know.1. This is NOT a filter. This is wire mesh.2. It is designed to catch grease/food splashing upwards.3. It is not designed to filter odors and direct them back into the kitchen. This only applies to ventilation systems that redirect the air outside (not return it to the room).5. This is a very thin wire mesh (3/32 inch).
