This is an awesome tool, you can easily customize it too! You need to understand how this works before implementing it into your business. I have done so in my local store and customers love it! It has made scheduling easier than ever as well! Nothing at this point!! They seem very dedicated/professional, I would highly recommend trying them out because they are great people who care about their workers!! It helps with customer service and scheduling! It helps us to manage our reps and their schedules. It also helps us to track the sales reps and their activities. It has an option to customize as per your need and requirement. So far no any dislikes I have faced but if you are working with any other competitor product then you might face some dislikes. I have used it for salesforce automation and it has helped us to manage our reps and their activities.
