Great Customer Service - Go For Full Management

It's really easy to see who is doing a good job and who may need some training. I love how fast everything goes through for any issue you might be having or question about a service. There are not many things I dislike about this software. It can sometimes take a long time to get a response from anyone but they always do eventually! Keep up with the great work that GFM does by providing amazing customer service to their clients. We like it so much that it will soon go live in our office. I like how fast they respond to your emails or calls. The support staff are very friendly as well! Not much at this time but if it gets better then i will definitely be using them again for my needs. They have helped me with many different issues in regards to our store's website design which was not working properly anymore.

  • A lot more personalized than other providers out there too because we all know what works best here rather just taking orders blindly without understanding personal preference / limitations etc
