Great Customer Service - Go For Full Management

It's really easy to see who is doing a good job and who may need some training. I love how fast everything goes through for any issue you might be having or question about a service. There are not many things I dislike about this software. It can sometimes take a long time to get a response from anyone but they always do eventually! Keep up with the great work that GFM does by providing amazing customer service to their clients. We like it so much that it will soon go live in our office. I…

Pros
  • A lot more personalized than other providers out there too because we all know what works best here rather just taking orders blindly without understanding personal preference / limitations etc
