Review on Olery by Drew Poulin

The simplicity of this platform is great! It doesn't have tons of features but what it does, it's very efficient at showing exactly where problems are in the system as well as giving you an overview of how others use your software. There isn't much I dislike about it, other than that sometimes there will be minor glitches with certain parts of our website (such as booking). Overall though, we love using their tool for tracking reservations made through multiple channels (website, mobile app, etc.). I like that you can customize your own reports by selecting which rooms are being viewed, what time of day it is etc so there's no need for multiple tabs or pages in one report as with other systems. Also their customer support team does an excellent job at responding quickly (I've never had any issues). Nothing really - just continue using them! Customizing our room rate reporting has helped us better understand how rates compare between different hotels vs within each property we manage.
