Outstanding Product

One problem with Kitchen Aid whisks, particularly when using a recipe that requires several minutes of beating, is that you have to stop from time to time and rub down the sides with a spatula . Time. Not surprisingly, several people came up with the same idea — putting a flexible rubber "lip" on the new whisk so it "wipes" the sides of Kitchen Aid's metal bowl. And this bitter does it good. A particular cookie recipe I baked used half a pound of butter and a few different types of sugar. It took ten minutes to beat butter and sugar. Once I found a place that the "caretaker" couldn't reach. And it was at the bottom of the bowl where there was some oil that hadn't soaked in. So this whisk is not 100% perfect, but very close. Next time I'll stop hitting halfway and turn the spatula around to scrape the bottom all the way up - problem solved.
