I haven't had this clock for a long time but so far I'm happy. The color is as expected judging by the description/photo, it works accurately and quietly. However, like some products, it takes a little fiddling to get it to work properly. Maybe not ideal, but not a problem for me, or I think for most people. The batteries were a little tricky to install but doable. The pendulum arm is made of soft metal and is easy to bend. It must be carefully straightened, and the weight of the pendulum should be placed as high on the arm as possible. The clock must be hung straight. When all this is done, the pendulum should not hit the sides of the clock.
