This is my first lightweight rug so I've spent quite a bit of time looking at different brands. Decided to try this one because the reviews were mostly positive and others liked the quality and brightness. So I was excited to try this. The light bar looks pretty sleek, with a nice clean look. It's only half a centimeter thick, but doesn't look fragile. The light on it is very bright at full power, but not a blinding light. You have to hold your finger on the button for a few seconds to dim the light; You can adjust the brightness as you like. The micro USB cable jack was nice and tight and the cable was 6 feet long. It doesn't come with a USB socket, but I used the ones I already had. I've also tested it with a portable power bank and haven't noticed any loss of brightness when using it. The screen generates some static electricity, so your paper will stick to it and be easier to trace on. I accidentally hit the power button a few times, but it wasn't a big deal. The lightweight tablet fits into my padded 15" computer jacket and has a nice home now. Overall I'm very happy with it and hope it lasts a long time.
