Shun Never Disappoints
Shun is my knife and I've never been disappointed. Nice and sharp out of the box. I cook A LOT and this keeps the edge, very comfortable and balanced. Perfect size for everyday sharpening. Mostly vegetables. A larger knife is better suited for meat etc. I would recommend everyone to keep the box it came in in case you need to return it to the company for any reason. Customer service is great, warranty is huge.
