Faulty Locking Mechanism Ruins Hitch Experience

The CZC AUTO Locking Trailer Couplers I purchased had a faulty locking mechanism that caused the trailer to disconnect from the hitch while driving. The experience was scary and dangerous, and I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone.
