I liked the pattern on this one and the price was much lower than others. Ideally I would have paid more for a two foot longer one, so I was disappointed that it was slightly smaller than advertised. It measures 58x56 at its widest point. Visitors (and dogs) love its softness and cushioning. Usually you need a rubber mat under the mats and padding makes this superfluous. Someone mentioned that it looked like a bath mat but I didn't get it. (Also, I have a feeling it will hold up horribly when wet.) In terms of quality, you can see some white along the black patterned edges (pictured). You can easily fix it with a highlighter if it bothers you, but I don't think it makes much of a difference. It's certainly more decorative than heavy traffic. The "skin" is a little shiny and very soft, almost slippery. Overall I am very happy with the purchase for the price.
