This mat is good! It has three colors: white, black and brown and is very soft. My daughter is a bit slippery when wearing socks but she loves it! I only have two complaints; it smells like something chemical (i think because it's man-made) and there are creases visible on the folds in the packaging. Overall I am happy with this rug at this price!

Carpet is very cute. But not the material/feel I expected. It looks VERY fake, if you want a faux leather rug this is not for you. That's what I wanted, but it will work since it's under the coffee table. It's super-super-soft, like a fluffy baby blanket. The handles on the bottom are great. It just doesn't feel or look like cow hair. Just pattern and shape. Good for kids room/under table decoration. Not recommended in high traffic areas as it gets dirty easily.

Soft and luxurious feel without cruelty to animals. Much softer than real cowhide. Looks real from afar, but looks shinier up close. The back has an anti-slip card for good control. Located in our family room in front of the fireplace, it greets you on the floor. GREAT VALUE for the price. Easier to spot and cheaper than the original; when saving COWS. I've been thinking about buying real cowhide leather and I have a feeling I'll regret it. This is the real deal for a look with a softer feel!

**Edit** A little over a year has passed. The underlay started sticking to my floor so badly (I mean STICK) that I had to scrape and remove the foam outline from the floor. Also, the top part of the mat (patterned part) was completely torn off from the bottom. It's trash and now in the trash. What a waste. I liked the pattern on this one and the price was much lower than others. Ideally I would have paid more for a two foot longer one, so I was disappointed that it was slightly smaller than advertised. It measures 58x56 at its widest point. Visitors (and dogs) love its softness and cushioning. Usually you need a rubber mat under the mats and padding makes this superfluous.
