principle is good. Not suitable for smaller fins.
Worked well. I had thinner fins, 18/sq. inches, and it was difficult to get the comb into the fins accurately. I cut it in half lengthwise with a vibrating tool to make it easier for the comb teeth to fit between the cooling fins. It took a while, but did it. Clearly disposable. Once the aluminum passes the track in the plastic, the tool is essentially complete.
