Fell apart: Pizza cutter
As can be seen in the photo the bike - one of its wheels - just fell off when a screw came loose in the wash. It hasn't been harshly treated or anything, it just fell off with a light wash after a few months of use. As other reviewers report, this is just a cheap build.
