All my reviews start with 3 stars for sufficient score and then stars are added or subtracted based on performance and experience. I've bought several of these over the past year. If I were to review the original configuration, this would be a five star product. Quality was good, performance was good, and costs had gone through the roof because they included optical cables. That meant there was no doubt that you would have enough money to do what you had to do. Now they only include one, and if you need more, you even have to buy them separately. I'm deducting two stars because of the price drop. Now it's just a 3 star product. So much for actually caring about your entire customer experience. There is a lot of pretty language about it in the accompanying documentation, but this is a product that conveys true reality. Worth buying, just not worth as much as it used to be.
