Review on BIS Corrections Management Solution by Andre Belitz
We use XACT for both staff and inmate monitoring purposes
I like that it integrates well into our payroll system which makes processing much easier than doing everything manually.
It also has an excellent customer service department who are always willing to assist when needed. There aren't many cons but one thing we do not have implemented yet is their web portal integration so they can be accessed via mobile devices as opposed to only having access through desktop computers. The benefits of using this product include ease in tracking inmates/employees movements throughout all stages of employment from hiring to termination.
Pros
- I think BIS is very easy to use and very helpful when it comes to tracking an employee's movements throughout the entire hiring and employment process
Cons
- I think the system could be a little better and more robust, although that is just a personal opinion
