Review on WedFeir None Stick Stainless Meatball Kitchen by Amanda Rodriguez

Decent quality, design problem

I bought them for making turkey meatballs but the design let them down. "Nonstick" is just a name and an ambitious goal. The meatball will crumble everywhere except where the cups come together. So when you put it in the pan you'll end up with two halves if you're lucky, or the mixture will stick to both sides and you'll have to smack it against the pan. Pan and then you'll get random pieces that don't look like a ball at all. I've tried chilling the meatball mixture, adding more binder, and dunking tongs in ice water, but it's frustrating at best. I wish it had an ejector or a way to force material out of the cup halves that doesn't result in the seam coming apart every time. It's not a tool quality issue, it's a design issue. I ended up using one of the silicone meatball molds made for wrapping and freezing with better results, although it's a lot more junk to store and has technological limitations and capacity issues that this solution doesn't have.

Pros
  • Confident
Cons
