
I have been making sausages with a meat grinder for many years. I decided to try this filler to see if it would be easier to use (one person job). This can be done by one person, but it's no easier than using a meat grinder. This syringe must be placed on the end of the counter to rotate the handle and with the force required to rotate, the affected part moves back and forth along the suction base. The suction worked well, but the place where it is attached must be very clean and dry. It will not retain moisture or a porous surface. For the price and if you're only making small batches it will get the job done.
