So you might stumble upon a webcam model and be attracted by the features advertised. Be very careful! It only runs at 30fps at 640x480. 1024x768 is only 10 frames per second. I had constant disconnects for the first hour of testing or just wasn't able to work with bugs. I wrote the customer support email that comes with the minimal user guide. I've tested in Zoom, Skype, Google Meetings and whatever MyCAM app you're trying to install, but for web calls or other apps it doesn't make sense to me. Price wise I will most likely go back and find another webcam that fits the specs. TO UPDATE. It's only been 18 hours since I emailed support and still haven't received a reply even though I'm on vacation. I tried the webcam on two different computers and interestingly the webcam worked fine. Still running under advertised spec so my words of caution stand. I can always use a low-quality webcam with other apps, so I don't plan on going back. I could increase my outstanding rating if the webcam is still working after 120+ days. TO UPDATE -
