I am so disappointed with this system and app. Playback takes a long time. I cannot retrieve entries from the system. I've had these for over a year and am having issues with them. Trying to take a recording and removing it from the device is almost impossible. I understand people are looking for picture quality, but it's not just about how good it looks when you look at it. How good is the playback quality? How easy it is to play and record when you have a theft or a problem and to be honest the playback quality isn't very good. It is not easy to use for playback or recording. I'm trying to contact the company and it will be weeks before they can reply to me. I need help now, not in 2 weeks. In the near future I will part with it and buy another system. It's frustrating because I spent good money on it and it wasn't worth it.
