to use pain. then it broke

The thing is badly designed, badly designed scrap. It went offline in less than 12 hours. When I got home from work on the first day, it squeaked and got very hot. The transformer block also got hot. I'm worried my house will burn down if I don't get home on time! I don't think it's UL listed (ie the insurance industry doesn't think it's safe) and will look for it next time I buy plug in electronics. The interface is terrible: it's full of endless menus and the navigation arrows are difficult to use. If you want to press "Down", press "Right" a lot instead. I got it from the credit card rewards program. Now I know why they don't have reviews on this site!
