The hardware is not working. When I press the power button, it flashes and immediately turns off. When I press the button to set the temperature, it turns off. If I follow the instructions to force the temperature to "lock" and leave it on, it immediately turns off. So extremely annoying. Will have to return. My sister has the same iron and had no such problems. Unfortunately. I'm not sure if they sold me a refurbished product but it does NOT work.
