This is a flatbed bike trailer. You attach it to the bike and put things on it. Quite easy. Additionally, it's very durable, easily disassembles and folds for storage, it's *really* easy to attach/detach to the bike making it easy to lock up at the grocery store. On top of that, it's also fairly light, making it easy to pull and lift onto a tall storage shelf. Spare parts are readily available from the manufacturer should you break something or need an adapter or extra hitch for a second bike. My bike has hooded dropouts so I had to buy an adapter. Installing the hitch took about 60 seconds. On 95% of bikes with standard dropouts and a quick release rear wheel mount, installation takes 30 seconds – pull out pivot, install hitch, reinsert pivot, done. this trailer) attaches perfectly to the rails and keeps my purchases in the trailer.
