Review on πŸ”₯ Phone Skope PYRO Putty ARC Lighter Kits: USB Rechargeable & Long-lasting Fire Starter Combination by Shannon Baroody

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The lighter is cool. but Pyro Putty. not as much.

the lighter itself is very good. Reliable and long battery life. Lighting large objects like sticks directly can be tricky, but if you have a good kindling it will do very well. I have the one with Putty because I want to try Pryo Putty. Pyrolytic putty is a good thing too, it gets the job done, it's just not all amazing for the price if you want to buy more stuff. . These are basically finely ground cotton balls that have been colored and then mixed with their accelerator. You can recreate a similar product using cotton balls and petroleum jelly. And food coloring if you want it to look cooler I guess. It's like flammable kitty litter. You can buy 2 gallons for about $35. That's enough for 100 fires. That and some Altoid cans, then you stick them in your backpack and take them with you wherever you go. You can light an Instafire with this lighter, but this requires a certain amount of sensitivity, because the arc does not shoot out of the lighter but between the electrodes. The Instafire will also glow if you have a GOOD Fero rod that puts out a lot of sparks. Cheap rods will get you in trouble anyway.

Pros
  • health and life
Cons
  • has been damaged
