Mix bag - This review is of a pair of shoes which were returned the day after they arrived because they were a bit tight but I had a hard time letting go. because the fit was so close to being accurate. However, I knew I would regret the decision if I kept them, so they came back for a refund, although I would have preferred an exchange for the next larger size (and I plan to back-order this larger size as soon as possible). However, these shoes were very good - thick soles, the shaft well cushioned in the ankle area - overall exactly what I was hoping for in terms of construction and appearance. I'm sure the larger size will result in a shoe that I will wear for a long time. Very good propet and close to a 5 star shoe. Also, the return process was very easy - I said the shoes were too small for me and received return authorization almost immediately.
