The vest itself is quite nice. It has three adjustable straps, a front chest strap and two chest straps. Creating a beautiful figure is quite simple. Mesh material is good for warmer weather. You should be aware that the pockets are smaller than you probably expect. The top key pocket is not big enough for my Subaru key/fob. You can use the water bottle pocket, but it can't secure it, so I'm constantly worried that it will fall out somehow. Now to the situation with the phone. If you have something the size of an iPhone 6 or larger I would not recommend this vest. Again, there is nothing in the front pockets to secure anything inside and only the corner of my phone is peeking out of the pocket (see attached photo). I've dropped it before and now I'm looking for lifehacks to secure it in my bag.
