The hood is too small, the best in my rating
I went full size to allow my son to grow but still the hood is so small it doesn't cover his head which is something you definitely don't want to get wet! I would also give 5 stars but if I had known the hood was so small I would not have bought it.
So if your child has a small head this jacket will be a great fit!
