Too scratchy for a puppy

Bought this for my puppy to use as a temporary collar as he grows, fits well but there are some scratches on the inside that aren't soft and bother him when turning on. I took it off for a while, he immediately found and destroyed the clasp. This worked for a few days but if your dog is sensitive to barbed wire or similar then this is not the best choice. I bought this for my pup as a temporary collar while he grows up, it fits well but there are some flaws. Barbed seams on the inside that are not soft and bother him when wearing.
