I've used it in my car exactly 2 times already. It worked fine the first time and then it stopped working and then I have to fiddle with it and start working again and then hiss what's going on. I had a phone paired with it so I could play Apple Music and it actually caused my connection to the service to reset and then like no bands no connection and an area where I usually get five streaks. I didn't realize this was the cause of it until it happened again on the second use. It doesn't work very long and makes a hiss and I'm sending it back. I had another BT adapter from Tzumi which I kinda lost and I miss it because it worked reliably all the time. Look elsewhere for an adapter. Try Tsumi
