Not a chance. No, I am not joking. I did everything right, but they still messed up my invoices. My first invoice was delayed for a month, the next was three weeks late, and now they are two weeks late again. That's six weeks in a row, where the date on the invoice shows that I paid them last week. This has happened four times now, with a total delay of over a month. In fact, this is happening to me at least twice per week. The reason is that they never tell me if something is wrong with their system, or why it's taking so long. So I end up contacting customer support, and they tell me "no problem" and "we'll take care of it". But, they never actually do. Then, I get angry because I know that they are lying to me. And then I end up losing confidence in them, and start looking around for another vendor. As for the software itself, it's great. It does what it says it does, it's fast, it's easy to use, and it's cheap. Unfortunately, it's also unreliable.
