I was looking for a camera to monitor my garden. I have security cameras, but I wanted live feeds and instant notifications. That's all I was looking for. Works out of the box. I didn't have to charge it or anything. I just downloaded the app and connected the camera to it (scan the QR code that shows up on your phone ALONG with the security camera, the app isn't very clear about that) and connected the camera to one of two different bases. Video and live streaming is perfectly clear. The app settings are automatically set to high sensitivity, any bird or moth will send a notification or detect movement. I've included a picture of a giant moth that shot at the camera at 7:58 p.m. Every movement triggers a video recording, and the video duration can be set from 10, 15 to 20 seconds. I'm not sure if there is a limit on videos per day, but so far I have 141 videos (high sensitivity and LOTS of birds in the garden). Since switching to low sensitivity, I've only received two video notifications. If you have a lot of activity in your garden, you might want to swap out settings like I did. The app is very easy to use and works similar to the baby monitor app. There are additional features you can purchase if you're looking for smarter features like animal or human notifications. Battery life is about 5% of usage per day. My camera has been on for over a day and is currently 95% charged. Overall this camera is great. I am seriously considering buying more of these. If I encounter any problems I will update this review.
