Review on 🍷 JoyJolt Lancia Crystal Wine Decanter and Aerator - Hand Blown Glass Red Wine Carafe, 54-Ounces by Chase Dunn

I LOVE the shape of this carafe! I have ordered one. I noticed chips on its top, and while I never hit it anywhere, I figured something must have happened. Then I ordered a second one. I understand they are hand blown and will vary but the second glass is much thicker and I am less happy with the shape. There is also a small chip on the edge of the glass. I am very sad. To update. I changed my rating to 5 stars because the customer service was quick to respond and help me. I mentioned a lip chip and they contacted me. I sent photos and they were very apologetic as quality control is important to them. They sent me another one and it's great. As I wrote above, the shape of the carafe is beautiful and perfect for serving wine. It also serves to aerate the surface better, making it ideal for bold red wines (and indeed any wine). I am very satisfied and recommend this product.
